• Copy of Driver’s License or State Picture I.D For All Borrowers
• SIGNED Copy of Sales Contract and Addenda
• Copy of Voided Escrow Deposit Check
• Gift Funds: (Provide One of the Following)
1. Gift Letter
2. Front & Back Copy of Cancelled Check & Deposit Slip
3. Certified Bank Check/Money Order Showing the Donor as Remitter & Deposit Slip.
• SIGNED Copy of Your 2014 & 2015 Personal Federal Tax Returns with All Schedules if Self Employed.
• Copy of all 2014 and 2015 W2’s and 1099’s For All Borrowers For all Listed Sources of Income
• Copy of Most Recent 30 Days of Income Pay Stubs (If Paid Once a Month Include Last 2)
• Name and Phone Number for Best HR Contact at Present Employer For All Borrowers
• Copy of Most Recent Social Security Income Award Letter (If Applicable)
• Copy of Most Recent or Original Pension Award Letter (If Applicable)
• Copy of Your 2 Most Recent Bank Statements For Listed Reserve Accounts (INCLUDE ALL PAGES EVEN IF BLANK)
• IF Using 401K or IRA as Reserve Account: Copy of Most Recent Statement (All Pages) AND a Copy of the Terms Of Withdrawal (Verification of Access to Funds).
• Name and Phone Number for Closing Attorney of Choice (Can refer one if needed)
• Name and Phone Number for Elected Home Insurance Agent /Company (Can refer one if needed)
• If self employed – signed copy of your 2014 & 2015 Personal & Business Federal Tax Returns with all schedules.
